| Management Team Joanne Repinecz - Vice President of Recruiting and Operations jrepinecz@extrinsicllc.com Joanne Repinecz serves as Extrinsic’s Director of Recruiting and Operations, and started Extrinsic with Mike Miller, the company’s president. Having spent her entire career in the staffing industry, she leverages her 20 years of experience to lead and direct Extrinsic’s 10-person recruiting team. She is responsible for managing all of Extrinsic’s candidate and client search services. Joanne spent almost half of her career operating and managing her own staffing company, Team Personnel in Albany, New York. Her company specialized in administrative staffing and executive search. Joanne sold her company to TAD Resources International, a national recruiting firm, but remained engaged opening new TAD offices. After moving to Raleigh, North Carolina, Joanne joined Griffin Staffing as a Regional Vice President responsible for seven offices in eastern North Carolina. She also served as a Regional Director for Scientific Staffing handling the Raleigh to Atlanta markets. Joanne was a partner with TempXec specializing in executive search before joining Mike Miller to found Extrinsic.
