| Management Team Mike Miller - President mmiller@extrinsicllc.com As Extrinsic’s founder and president, Michael Miller continues to expand his 19-year track record in successfully growing new businesses and launching new service lines. He has developed Extrinsic from a concept to one of the fastest growing recruiting solutions companies in North America quickly making it a national player in the ERP and enterprise-wide IT arena. Before starting Extrinsic, Michael was the Senior Regional Vice President of Headway Corporate Resources’ southeastern division, located in Raleigh, North Carolina. He led the dynamic growth and expansion of a multi-million staffing corporation helping to introduce and successfully build numerous new business lines. Michael provided leadership for the overall management, operations and growth of all business lines in Headway’s southeastern region, and was directly responsible for helping these businesses surpass revenue and profitability targets. Prior to Headway, Michael was Co-Owner and Vice President/General Manager of HealthMate, Inc., a healthcare management corporation specializing in home health services, corporate occupational programs and facility staffing. Michael developed and grew HealthMate from a startup to a solid financial healthcare company increasing overall sales to $8 million in its second year. Responsible for eight healthcare offices in three states, he developed growth through dynamic market development, positioning and acquisitions. HealthMate, Inc. was named as the fastest growing, privately held corporation in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area in 1997 by the Triangle Business Journal, and was sold to Intrepid Companies, Inc. in 1998. In the early 1990’s, Michael served as the Vice President of Operations and Customer Service at the MedStaff division of Coastal Physician Group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from North Carolina State University. |
